This unique motel is an historic apartment complex. It was built by the McCloud River Lumber Co. in the 1940's each unit was an apartment. The one bedrooms apartments now have a large bedroom and a second smaller one, kitchen and bath included. The two bedroom units have a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and bath. Kitchens have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and utensils - everything but full sized ranges.
