On the slopes of Goosenest Mountain, Ball Mountain and Willow Creek Mountain in central Siskiyou County, the headwaters of the Little Shasta River are found at Martin's Dairy. Now a USFS campground and horse camp, this area was a dairy and a creamery located on the Martin Ranch before 1900.
