Kangaroo Lake is one of the best kept secrets of Siskiyou County. Located in the Eddys off the highway between Gazelle and Callahan, it is one of the few high mountain lakes accessible by car...with a short 5 minute paved walk between parking lot and lakeshore. If fishing is your interest (as it clearly is for these happy boys) there are brook and brown trout native
to the lake and regularly stocked rainbow trout.
